Distiller has two fully-equipped laboratories for the analysis and control of waste

Incoming laboratory:

In this laboratory we analyse the waste samples sent by our clients. We offer our clients the best, most economic solution and we use the most suitable treatment for the waste. Once the waste has been evaluated, our Sales Department offers clients a competitive price for treatment.

DISTILLER S.A. samples and analyses all wastes that are sent to our company as well as those produced by our own company so that they are treated and managed in a safe and suitable manner.

Control of the wastewater treatment plant is also carried out at the incoming laboratory. We carry out all necessary analyses and operate the treatment plant to achieve the best results.

Outgoing laboratory:

In this laboratory we carry out all the distillation processes. We control and analyse the fractions, sub-product and final product.

Before leaving our installations, recovered solvents are analysed to ensure they meet the specifications and qualities required by our clients.

Both laboratories are equipped with instrumentation such as: gas chromatographs, ion chromatographs, mass spectrometers, Karl-Fisher tritator etc., which enables us to ensure the quality and safety of our analyses.
